Our minimum order value is CHF 100 / €100 for opening orders, and CHF 50 / €50 for re-orders.

What is your average turnaround time?

Because all prints are carefully produced on archival-quality paper, our typical production lead time is 4-7 business days before shipment. We will keep you updated if there are any expected delays.

Where do you ship from, and who handles customs?

We fulfill and ship locally within Switzerland and the European Union, ensuring smooth delivery without unexpected customs complications for European stockists.

How are the prints packaged for retail?

To ensure maximum protection during transit, each archival art print is carefully rolled with protective tissue paper and shipped in a heavy-duty triangular mailing tube. Prints arrive safe, crease-free, and ready to be framed or displayed.

Do you offer territory protection?

We do not offer strict exclusive territory guarantees, but we are mindful of store proximity and love to work with you to curate a distinctive selection tailored to your neighborhood and client base.

Do you accept custom collaborations or larger projects?
